About the Work
In Noel McIntyre’s directorial debut, he follows the method behind the work of Richie Clarke who turns an oak tree stump before our eyes into the figure of Brian Boru at Belvedere House in Co Westmeath. The accompanying sound track was recorded with the RTE Concert Orchestra.
